Emme did such a good job at her first recital. They danced to the Wiggles song "Do the Monkey." The routine was so cute but the Harry and the Henderson feet could go! Wouldn't you know out of all the girly costumes there we get the monkey! I guess it fits her though, Christopher's nickname for her is monkey.
These are some ballet slipper cookies we made with a note attached written by Emme. It says Good Luck, Love Emme. She passed them out to all her friends during the rehearsal.
Emme has really loved ballet this year. We are so thankful for a Mamaw (Donna ) who took a smaller lunch break everyday so that she could get off early to take Emme to ballet on Fridays, who somehow find a way in her tight budget to pay for ballet, who let Elle come with her every week to watch, who never complained! Thank you Mamaw Donna!
